Caller ID Photo not right

I have an HTC Touch Diamond WM 6.1 that shows a picture id for incoming calls. I have only 4 numbers set up in in this for now
When my son calls I get a picture of the house, calls from home show a blue male fiqure, How are these set up? For out going
calls everything is working great. Thanks

Windows Mobile shows photos for incoming calls

Windows Mobile shows photos for incoming calls. This is standart Windows Mobile options. Set photo in contact details.
Elecont Dialer displays photos only on Today, not for incoming calls.
